Support Center
Reports and requests start from one clear intake.
Vuplore support routes reports by service, identity method, and responsible department. Roblox and Discord reports use OAuth where available and do not require a Vuplore ID. War Thunder and Vuplore account requests require a Vuplore ID because War Thunder does not provide an account OAuth flow.
A real two-way ticket chat is only available when the reporter has a Vuplore ID or the platform account is linked to one. Platform-only reports, including Roblox in-game reports, can still be reviewed by staff, but staff cannot continue a private chat with the reporter inside Vuplore unless a Vuplore ID is attached.

Routing Notes
Submission behavior prepared.
Reporter identity can be confirmed through OAuth before ticket creation when that flow is available.
Vuplore account or verified manual identity is required for account-specific requests and War Thunder reports.
Uploads enter a processing state for malware, safety, size, and evidence integrity checks before staff view them.
Successful submission returns a human-readable ticket number from the responsible department ticket center, not one central catch-all queue.
Roblox, Discord, and in-game reports without a linked Vuplore ID create review tickets only. Link or sign in with Vuplore ID when you need an ongoing private staff chat.
