Official documents are filled, calculated, reviewed, delivered, signed, and audited.

People & Culture owns staff-facing agreements and employment-like documents. Vuplore's primary document language is English. If German law or a Germany-based relationship requires German employee information, the builder generates a German control version or addendum as part of the same document set.

  • Parties, start date, work location, function, duties, compensation, working time, leave, termination, privacy, confidentiality, approved systems, work-product/IP clause, and Staff Code of Conduct version are inserted from approved clause versions.
  • Primary language is English. If the Germany workflow is selected, a German legal-language version/addendum is generated and the controlling language is written into the document metadata.
  • Paid documents are blocked when the hourly rate falls below the active statutory or configured minimum for the selected jurisdiction.
  • Internal training, internship, and volunteer workflows require classification reasons and Legal & Compliance review before issue.
  • The final signed document stores the template version, parameter snapshot, render hash, mailbox delivery, and signature receipt.
