Commercial Terms

Product and subscription terms.

These Commercial Terms apply to paid Vuplore services, subscriptions, hosted tools, support offers, digital products, sponsorship placements, and business agreements unless a signed contract says otherwise.

1. Scope

These Commercial Terms apply when Vuplore offers paid subscriptions, digital products, hosting, tooling, premium communication features, game-related services, consulting, or other paid features. Product pages, order summaries, invoices, and service-specific terms may add details.

2. Orders and account requirements

Customers must provide accurate billing and account information. Vuplore may require verified email, 2FA, payment verification, or identity confirmation before providing paid services or elevated limits.

3. Prices, taxes, and invoices

Prices are shown before purchase. Taxes, VAT, currency, invoice details, payment method fees, and payment timing are shown in the order flow or invoice where applicable. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

4. Subscriptions and renewals

Subscription duration, renewal behavior, cancellation rules, downgrade timing, storage limits, upload limits, support tiers, and feature access must be shown at checkout. If a subscription ends, paid-only features may be disabled while protected historical content remains handled according to the relevant privacy and encryption rules.

5. Withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds

Withdrawal, cancellation, and refund rights depend on the customer type, product type, jurisdiction, and whether service performance or digital delivery has already started. The order flow explains any immediate-performance consent, cancellation deadline, refund path, and support contact before purchase where required.

6. Availability and support

Paid services may include support commitments only if stated in the product offer. Maintenance, outages, migrations, emergency security actions, third-party service failures, and beta limitations are described plainly.

7. Customer responsibilities

Customers must use paid services lawfully, keep credentials secure, respect service limits, avoid abuse, and provide only content they are allowed to use. Vuplore may restrict paid access where misuse, payment risk, legal risk, or security risk is detected.

8. Changes and termination

Vuplore may change prices, product features, storage limits, support channels, or availability with appropriate notice where required. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, misuse, security risk, legal obligation, or Terms violations.

9. Sponsorships and placements

Sponsored placements, direct advertising, newsletter sponsorships, event sponsorships, and public-service placements require approved creative material, destination URLs, duration, placement scope, billing terms, and content review. Vuplore may reject or remove placements that conflict with safety, privacy, law, brand standards, or platform rules.

10. Business customers

Business customers may be asked for company name, VAT or tax details, invoice address, authorized contact, and procurement information. Signed agreements, statements of work, or order forms override these Commercial Terms only for the covered service and only to the extent of the conflict.
